Efficiently Frustrated ...
It never fails to amaze me. I'll be talking to someone about improving the bottom line in their business and I'll hear, "I just need to be more efficient in what I do, that'll make the difference" or "Efficiency is what I pride myself on, & when I can make this more efficient, things will really take off!" Meanwhile I'd be getting all sorts of messages & indications that what they truly want is not what they are getting - No matter how hard they try.
