I'll Have a Double!
A few years back I had occasion to visit with a fellow traveler and do a delightful breakfast at a local nook. "Bagels" and tea were the favorites of many who came there and I was no exception when asked what I'd like to have.
My partner that morning was a neat contrast of a man who had spent many moments in front of groups imparting important knowledge to the eager minds that frequented the local campus years earlier. He was an ex-professor who had taught at the university's business school and had come diligently through the years to the point of being in business now for himself.
What was to unfold in our chat was a delightful example of what it is to have high standards and what happens when one chooses to selectively hold to them.
